Ramadan: A Pillar of Our Faith
"Ramadan Mubarak" means “Blessed Ramadan,” a greeting Muslims say to wish others a peaceful and blessed month!! During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to sunset, growing in patience, gratitude, and closeness to Allah ﷻ. Fasting reminds us to care for others, strengthen our faith, and come together as a community in worship and discipline. Each evening, families and neighbors gather to break the fast together (Iftar). We welcome everyone to join us for iftar and community events throughout the month.“Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become mindful of Allah.” — (Qur’an 2:183)
